The classes are designed for adults who want to explore mindfulness and art without pressure or prior experience. Each session typically lasts around 90 minutes and includes:


  • Short Guided mindfulness exercises to help participants settle into the present moment.

    Based on the 5 senses, starting with sight....hearing....touch....smell (the coffee).....taste (well lots to choose from at our cafe)

  • Simple art projects such as sketching, watercolor painting, or nature journaling.

  • Time outdoors to connect with the environment and gather inspiration.

  • Group sharing to reflect on the experience and build community.


The instructors encourage a relaxed pace, allowing everyone to work at their own comfort level. The focus is on the process rather than the final product, making it welcoming for beginners and experienced artists alike.
